Job Summary

The Executive / Senior Executive – Client Relations & Strategic Partnerships will be responsible for managing and strengthening client relationships, ensuring proactive service delivery oversight, developing strategic partnerships, and acting as a central coordination point between clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and strengthen relationships with assigned clients through regular engagement

Proactively monitor service delivery, SLA compliance, and customer experience

Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams including sales, customer support, technical, and infrastructure

Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships with business and technology partners

Coordinate issue resolution, escalations, and service improvements in collaboration with relevant teams

Support client retention, upselling, and cross-selling initiatives

Prepare client reports, service reviews, and partnership documentation

Gather client feedback and translate insights into actionable improvements

Support management in strategic planning and partnership expansion initiatives

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field

Strong stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills

Ability to manage multiple clients and internal teams simultaneously

Experience in SLA management and service delivery coordination is preferred

Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM / ticketing tools
