Job Summary

The Executive – Enterprise Cloud & Digital Transformation will be responsible for delivering cloud and digital solutions to enterprise clients by assessing requirements, designing appropriate solutions, managing end-to-end service delivery, and providing post-sale technical support.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver cloud products and services including Microsoft, AWS, and Dhrubo Cloud to enterprise clients

Assess client business and technical requirements and recommend appropriate cloud and digital solutions

Manage the end-to-end lifecycle from client discovery, solution design, onboarding, to service delivery

Coordinate with internal technical, operations, and support teams for successful implementation

Provide post-sale technical support and issue resolution for deployed solutions

Maintain documentation related to solution design, implementation, and service delivery

Research emerging technologies and cloud solutions and advise leadership on potential integration and adoption

Support continuous improvement of cloud offerings and service delivery processes

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field

Working knowledge of cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, and private cloud environments

Strong understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure, virtualization, and networking concepts

Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Strong communication and coordination skills
