Job Summary

The Intern – Client Relations & Strategic Partnerships will support client engagement and partnership initiatives by ensuring effective communication, service coordination, and relationship management across internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and support relationships with existing clients through regular communication

Proactively monitor service delivery and coordinate with internal teams to ensure service quality

Liaise with clients to address service-related queries, feedback, and follow-ups

Assist in developing and managing strategic partnerships with vendors, partners, and stakeholders

Act as a coordination bridge between sales, customer support, technical, infrastructure, and other relevant teams

Support documentation, reporting, and follow-up related to client engagement and partnerships

Qualifications & Skills

Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field

Strong communication and coordination skills

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and follow up systematically

Basic understanding of service delivery and client relationship concepts

Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
